Ability to construct all-glass entrances
Ability to form and estimate an all glass entrance and adding hardware. Would need capability of adding headers, patch fittings, U-channel, etc. A lot to ask, but would be incredible.

Brian BarnhillThis is already possible with the existing software package.
Create a framing system with the Header Receptor [U-Channel, for example], Sill Receptor [U-Channel for example].
The Jambs and Verticals would be only Caulking,
Glazing gaskets would be added to Head Receptor and Sill Receptor fields.
Glass door leafs would be configured with all the necessary hardware parts, including the door header.
Labour configuration would take into account the necessary hours.
I've been doing this in V15 for 10 years with great accuracy in all part requirements, and a fairly good guess at the labour. -

Vince RizzoWe do this also. Add the parts to your catalog and create a custom framing system. You can get glass sizes but have to be carefull on doors and sidelites that have holes.
We also use it for glass railings and post railings. It justs takes a little time to add all the parts and set up a custom framing system.
