Bulk Elevation Modifications

We turn our single frame types (A, B, C - W1, W2, W3 - S1, S2, S3) into individual frames based on their relative position on the floor plan.
I may have 50+ individual frames of the same type that may need a different RO. If I could modify them in a table, or bulk upload with a csv template, that would save quite a bit of time.
Current workflow is that I need to Copy the Elevation ---> Rename to the opening number ---> Description becomes the frame type ---> Change each RO. Monotonous and error prone, difficult to catch the errors.
