ADD: Apply Glass by Panel Bay

Current Options do not allow Adding Glass By Panel. I have a condition where each glass panel bay is different. Every other bay requires a different glass type.
We need a feature that will allow us to change all the glass in the panel Bay.

We've never had this request before, but I could see it happening. Until this gets voted up, you can use the "By Lite" option to add glass to the lites in specific panels.
