Top down Bulkhead

It would be helpful to be able to add bulkheads from top down, as well as bottom up. Many jobs seem to have a 'notch' that is unable to be drawn with this system

Hi Trevor, there is a "Height" option in the Adjust Panels tool tab (right above "Bulkhead") that does this already.
